Abstract

There have been complaints and reports to the police related to the increase of alleged violations in the use of social media such as defamation, hate speech, hoax, data theft, illegal data distributions, and racial issues. The method used in this research is an observation done by conducting a survey through which a team visits and meets the residents of Pahandut Village to find out their lack of understanding of the ITE (Electronic Information and Transactions) Law. The researchers found out that the residents have various interpretations of the ITE Law. Therefore, the researchers need to focus on the important issue and conduct socialization for them by educating families to cope with the problem. In the first phase, education can be done by avoiding provocative themes, checking sources of information and their authenticity, and thinking before sharing. The act of community empowerment in Pahandut Village and its Muhammadiyah residents as da'wah agents are the targets of community service activities. The result of this community service activity is the successful socialization and education concerning the ITE Law to the residents of Pahandut Village. The success of residents’ satisfaction level is measured by the high percentage of the residents who choose very important indicators in community service. The socialization of the ITE Law and education to the community is carried out through community service videos containing stories about families who use their social media wisely.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the public perceptionof followers of the Instagram account @upt_puskesmas_sukodono about vaccination services at the Sukodono Public Health Center. The study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interview, observation and documentation using informant determination technique by purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is descriptive with the source of data coming from interview with the stages of data collection, reduction, data assessment and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the informants feel that the uploads on the @upt_puskesmas_sukodono account are informative. Therefore, these perception indicators are very important in influencing the informants, so that the informants can give their perception of vaccination service information through the @upt_puskesmas_sukodono Instagram account. In addition, the informants chose the @upt_puskesmas_sukodono account as their account in seeking information about vaccination services because this account always provides accurate and reliable information. It indirectly changes people’s mindset about their need to get the information they need quickly and practically.

Abstract

This type of research is quantitative with statistical techniques to test the variables of Use (X), Attitude (Y1), and Lifestyle (Y2). The location of this research is in Sidoarjo district. The population is the people of Sidoarjo district who use e-wallet aged 17 and over, with a sample of 185 respondents who were taken using the Roscoe formula. While the sampling technique with proportional random sampling. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires widely. Data were analyzed by simple linear regression using SPSS 16.0. The results of this study there is no strong influence of attitudes towards the use of e-wallet in the people of Sidoarjo district, meaning that there is no influence of attitudes and lifestyle on the use of e-wallet in the people of Sidoarjo district. Contribution of usage is 0.9% to attitude and 0.10% to lifestyle, while the remaining 90.1% and 90% are influenced by other unknown variables. The conclusion of this study is that the hypothesis accepted by H1 is that there is no effect of usage on the attitudes of the people of Sidoarjo district who use e-wallet, and H2 there is no effect of usage on the lifestyle of the people of Sidoarjo district who use e-wallet.

Abstract

This research is based on the fact that many people do not believe and doubt the existence of vaccination for various reasons such as issues regarding health, vaccine development, the impact of vaccines and the effectiveness of vaccine types, causing different perceptions from each community. This study uses a qualitative research type with a descriptive approach. The technique of determining the informants in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the perception of the Pucanganom community can be seen from three elements, namely the first Perception Perpetrator, from the results of this study it can be seen that most of the Pucanganom Village community accept the Covid-19 vaccination because vaccination is quite important in avoiding the Covid-19 virus and his party believes and enthusiasm with the Covid-19 vaccination. The second in terms of targets or objects, shows that they believe vaccination can prevent the transmission of the Covid-19 virus. Of the many types of vaccinations available, the people of Pucanganom Village believe that moderna vaccination is the best type of vaccination. The third, in terms of the situation, shows that the people of Pucanganom Village in carrying out vaccinations on their own consciousness, not through coercion. They realized the importance of vaccination from various socializations carried out by village officials. Information regarding vaccination in Pucanganom Village is clear, complete and adequate. In practice, these three elements show a good perception of the pucangnaom community regarding the Covid-19 vaccination.

Abstract

Public Service Advertising is an advertisement that is non-profit and seeks to obtain social benefits in society. In public service advertisements, the aim is only to convey information so that people do positive things. Public Service Advertisement aired by Liputan 6 SCTV in Implementing 3 M to Break the Covid-19 Transmission Chain. This study has several indicators, namely Sender, Message, Channel and Receiver. This research was conducted on seven students of Communication Science, Muhhamadiyah University, Sidoarjo. This researcher uses a qualitative descriptive method. with data collection in the form of a Group Discussion Forum. In this study using the SMCR theory of David K. Berlo. The results that researchers can show that public service advertisements must be packaged in an attractive, simple, informative fact and actual. In a subject matter that occurs and is fundamental. Therefore, the addition of interesting animations and ideas can add a non-monotonous impression to public service advertisements. So in the process of receiving the message will respond to an information depending on each individual.

Abstract

Students begin to act on their own decisions, experience changes such as lack of confidence such as always comparing themselves with others and being afraid to have opinions. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between attachment style and self-confidence and the relationship between love and self-confidence in students in Bangil Village. This research uses correlational quantitative research. This research was conducted in Bangil with a population of 321 students. The sample in the study amounted to 172 students who were taken by accidental sampling technique. The measuring instrument used for data collection uses an attachment style scale adapted from Nabila's research (2018), a love scale adapted from Hidayatullah's research (2018) and a self-confidence scale adapted from Anggia's research (2020). Data analysis using Pearson product moment correlation using SPSS 21 for windows program. The results of the analysis showed a correlation score of r = 0.482 with a significance of 0.000 (p<0.05) between attachment style and self-confidence, which means the first hypothesis is accepted. Thus, there is a significant positive relationship between attachment style and self-confidence. The results of data analysis showed a correlation score of r = 0.645 with a significance of 0.000 (p<0.05) between love and self-confidence, which means that the second hypothesis is accepted. Thus, there is a significant positive relationship between love and self-confidence. The contribution of the attachment variable to self-confidence is 23.2%, while the contribution of the love variable to self-confidence is 41.7%.

Abstract

The formulationin this study is how the communication pattern between BDP and the community in the development of the Sepande Village is. The purpose of this study was to determine the pattern of communication between BPD and the community in the development of Sepande Village. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach because it is able to describe, and answer problems in a concise manner. Data collected through interviews. And using the theory of communication patterns. The results of this study indicate that the communication pattern between the BPD and the community in the development of the Sepande Village is a one- way, two-way and multi-way communication pattern.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the performance of employees in the administrative services of Kejapanan Village, Gempol District, Pasuruan Regency and to analyze and describe the inhibiting factors and supporting factors of employee performance in Kejapanan village administration services. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation with one key informant including the Kejapanan Village Secretary and four informants including the Head of Service Section, Head of Planning Affairs, one head of Kejapanan Village RT, and one community leader. The data analysis technique in this research is data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study seen from the service quality indicators of the speed of service are quite good and in terms of politeness and friendliness of employees in providing services is quite good. It can be explained that some of these informants can be seen from several service quality indicators that are only partially fulfilled, that the quality of services in Kejapanan Village, Gempol District is quite good and quite maximal.

Abstract

One form of e-government implementation carried out by the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Sidorjo Regency is by issuing the latest breakthrough in managing Population administration in the form of online services (PLAVON). The purpose of this study is to describe and implement e-government through online services (PLAVON) for dukcapil and to find out and describe the obstacles in implementing e-government through services via online (PLAVON) dukcapil. The type in this research is descriptive research through a qualitative approach.The implementation of e-government on legal infrastructure indicators uses guidelines through regulations from the Sidoarjo Regency Government. Second, institutional infrastructure, namely coordination with related parties at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Sidoarjo Regency. Third, human infrastructure, namely Pulungan Village government employees, they understand very well the use of online services (Plavon). Fourth, technological infrastructure, namely the existing facilities in Pulungan Village itself, is also good, there are facilities and infrastructure. While the obstacles in implementing e-government are the lack of socialization from the Pulungan Village Government, the internet network is less stable, and not all people can access the Plavon application, especially for the elderly or elderly.

Abstract

The sea is one of the landfills, either directly or by various activities carried out by humans. One of them is dangerous chemicals that are thrown into the sea. Therefore, fishermen are at risk of exposure to these harmful chemicals either directly. In addition, fishermen also have a smoking habit where in cigarettes there are harmful contentsbincluding heavy metals Pb. Lead (Pb) is a heavy metal that is toxic to human health. This study aimsto determine the levels and relationship between ferrous Metals Lead (Pb) in fishermen’s urin in Junganyar Pesisir Village, Socah district, Bangkalan regency based on active smokers and passive smokers. This study is an experimental study with a total sample of 16 fishermen using the Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS) Method. The results of the study obtained lead (Pb) also below the threshold of 0,15 mg/L. Pearson 0,05 (0,406) so that H0 was accepted and said there was no relationship between heavy metals and active and passive smokers.
